adequate stay with a couple of drawbacks

My visit had a few issues i must mention. the bathroom had a strange setup, the shower was cramped. the corridors echoed with noise at all hours. Earplugs were provided, a telling detail. i also found the breakfast area congested. these issues affected the overall experience.

The location was certainly a highlight. It allowed easy access to many attractions. A welcome drink at the cafe pub was available, which I found to be a nice touch.

The parking system proved quite inconvenient. The suggested parking was a considerable distance from the hotel. Housekeeping only provided one toothbrush for two guests. This was inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Tanya and Ahmad at reception welcomed me warmly. Anna gave me a prosecco voucher. I also received a discount Prague Pass.

The hotel lacks air conditioning. The welcome drinks at the roof bar were not of high quality. The old towels felt very used

The lobby included cozy couches and chess tables overlooking the street. There was also a lovely outdoor seating area. I sat there and enjoyed the fresh air. I found the chess boards amazing!

The room had a fresh scent and a very clean bed with a soft mattress. They provided a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. The minibar had a good selection at fair prices. Fresh towels were provided.

The hotel is near the city center. Many attractions were within walking distance. It was easy to explore various landmarks. I recommend walking around the area.
